This is a Sailor Pro Gear slim model in a brown colour way. The colour is actually “Earth”. The pen is a smaller model, approx 11 cms in length. It has gold coloured trim and the trade mark anchor on the cap finial.
The pen comes in its original box and our card board sleeve, is a c/c filler (converter included), and is fitted with a yellow 14k H-B nib. The nib is a broad.
I dipped the pen to do a writing sample on my logical prime notebook in MB blue ink. The grid is 5mm. This is a great nib. It is firm as you would expect from a H-B nib. Line width is a typical Japanese broad (i.e. narrower than its European counterpart). Writes smoothly with the usual characteristics of a Sailor nib.
